I like this guy but he's older..?

im in 8th grade and i started like him when i was in 7th. he's 2 years older than me so now he's in 10th, and i really like him!i talk to msn but he's rarely on, and we have exchanged barely any words in person. i go to tutoring with him at a place near my school, and i sometimes c him there....i dont know what to do!!
