Why does he do this?????

there is a guy at my school who everytime i walk by him or whatever always stops whatever he is doing and just stares at me and he watches me talk to my friends. when i was walking out of class the other day he looked back then he saw me then he looked away.this has been happening for over a year,Since about December 2006. i always ignore him when he stares b/c i REALLY like him. i have strong feelings for him and im too nervous to look him in the eye. why does he keep staring but never talk to me? also him and his friends play with a ball in class it has landed near my stuff twice.the other day it was like under my purse and i have no idea how it got there but whatever i just left it there. he must of rolled in there to my stuff. why doesn't he talk to me?





it sucks b/c he is popular and i am not b/c i was new to the school 2 years ago %26amp; he lived here his whole life.





im thinking of sending him a myspace message saying i am so confused in math do you wanna tutor me?

You ignore him because you do like him. This is something that makes no sense. I ignore people when I don't like them.





Try this; look back at him, smile, and if he is close enough, say hello. That is what I do with people I like.





It seems fairly straightforward to me. You are doing it backwards. No wonder you are confused. You are giving him the opposite message of the one you should be giving him.
Reply:You should say something to him first.


Because he sounds to be the shy kind of guy, and if you don't say something to him first, the two of you could just stay friends for a long time.


And yes, I do know what I'm talking about, because I am pretty shy myself. There is this girl, Heather, and I really like her, but we both are the shy type, and for literally the whole class, we will just pretty much stare at each other, but never say anything.
